Vintage 1970s Tiered Polkadot Dress Size S

This vintage dress was handmade in a thin navy cotton blend with a deep purple lining has a tiny polkadot print, a ruffled collar, fitted sleeves that flare at the end, white domed buttons down the top, a tie at the waist, hook and eye closure at the waist, and four floating tiers. 

Measurements: Waist 27", Bust 34", Length 57"
