Beginner Embroidery Course: June 9 - June 23

This is a 3-week introductory embroidery course that will be held in our sewing area at Community after store hours with a maximum class size of 10 students.
Supplies are not included in the price of the course. You are responsible for bringing your own supplies. You will receive a supply list from the instructor at least five days before the course begins.
The teacher, Gabriella Victorio, began sewing as a child with instruction from her grandmother. Gabriella's personal interest has turned sewing into a useful skill, and she enjoys redesigning thrifted clothing by adding hand embroidery designs to them. Gabriella received a BA in Art History from the University of Georgia and is currently working towards an MA in Arts Education. She has worked as a counselor and teacher for several years at YMCA, Hillside Elementary School, and most recently at the Georgia Museum of Art.
Please note: Due to space restrictions we are requiring face masks to be worn during the class.
This is a three week course and includes the following dates.
Thursday, June 9th, 6:30pm - 8:30pm
Thursday, June 16th, 6:30pm - 8:30pm
Thursday, June 23rd, 6:30pm - 8:30pm
For Ages 14+
For cancellations, you will receive a full refund until seven days before the workshop. Cancellation seven days or less before the workshop, results in a refund of 70% of the workshop cost.
